Academy’s team works directly with our Equity Sales & Trading group to provide clients with knowledgeable market insight and value-added distribution strategies for their equity and hybrid needs. Academy’s distribution penetrates smaller investment firms and family offices that provide valuable incremental demand for transactions, allowing issuers to achieve improved pricing for their securities.
In addition, our ECM team leverages the expertise of Academy’s Geopolitical Intelligence Group to provide value before, during, and after the transaction. Also, Academy’s share repurchase team executed a notional value of $17.4 billion 2022 and has been mandated by seven members of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and 27 members of the S&P 500.
