Inclusion & Innovation

Our collective service in the United States military is a deeply embedded component of Academy’s cultural DNA. As one of the most diverse workforces in the world, our military service reinforced the absolute necessity of inclusion & innovation in the workplace. Our combination of military and Wall St. veterans provides a dynamically skilled, mission driven team. The successful implementation of our mission is only possible when talented individuals from different backgrounds are included, supported, and allowed to thrive.

Our goal is to provide additional value to our clients and partners through our advisory service, drawing on the experience of Janie Mines, Senior Vice President, Inclusion & Innovation. She is first African-American woman to graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy. Ms. Mines went on to build a rich and storied Fortune 50 career enabling transformation over numerous sectors including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Automotive, Food, Consulting, Healthcare, Government, IT, Nonprofit and Defense. She is available to share experiential best practices in building and enabling diverse workforces to drive business results.
