What has Happened: While North Korea began supplying munitions to Russia for use in its war in Ukraine over a year ago, there are now reports that the regime has sent troops as well. A small number of North Korean personnel have been in a training role with the Russian military and some of them were recently killed in a Ukrainian airstrike.
